HANDMADE LEATHER DOG COLLARS

Every collar in this collection is handmade by indigenous artisans in southern Mexico. The embroidered bands are woven one thread at a time on traditional backstrap looms using techniques rooted in Aztec and Mayan textile traditions — geometric patterns passed down through generations of craftswomen. The leather is cut from full hides, fitted with stainless steel hardware, and assembled by hand. No two collars come out exactly the same.

Each design in the collection carries a different colorway and pattern, but the construction is identical across all variants: genuine leather, hand-woven embroidery, stainless steel buckle, double D-ring, and two leather fixing loops to hold the strap flat after buckling. Available in Small (8.6"–13.4"), Medium (13.7"–19.2"), and Large (18.5"–22.8") to fit breeds from Dachshunds and French Bulldogs to German Shepherds and Rottweilers.

A portion of every sale goes directly to the artisan communities producing the collars, supporting fair wages and the preservation of a craft tradition that industrial manufacturing nearly erased. If you're looking for a handmade leather dog collar, an embroidered dog collar, or an Aztec-inspired western collar that's actually made the way it claims to be — this is the collection.
